At Getalot, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent returns process that aligns with leading global standards.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.
- Apparel must be unworn, with tags intact.
- Electronics and hygiene-sensitive items must be sealed unless defective.
- Bundled items must be returned as complete sets.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital downloads or subscriptions
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Log your return via your Getalot account under “My Orders.”
- Select reason for return and preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit).
- Print return label provided via email.
- Package securely and drop off at a designated courier point or schedule a pickup.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of initiating the request.
Handling Fees
- First return per order: 30% of original price.
- Subsequent returns 30% of original price.
- Oversized or heavy items: 30% of original price.
- Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind): 30% of original price.
- 30% of original price. Fees apply for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds & Timelines
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as Getalot store credit.
- Processing begins once the item passes inspection.
- Typical refund timeline: Up to 14 business days .
- Instant refunds are not offered.
Exchanges
- Size or color exchanges are available within 7 days.
- Subject to stock availability.
- 30% of original price handling fee applies.
Mistaken or Incorrect Returns
Please ensure the correct item is returned. Incorrect items may be disposed of and are not eligible for compensation.
